Description:
BGF is written at the Beijing Genomics Institute (BGI). It is a hidden Markov model (HMM) and dynamic programming based ab initio gene prediction program. Input sequence length: [100, 500K].
It may accept multiple genomic sequences in FASTA format from a single file.
